Brilliant!!! as someone who used immodium every week sometimes everyday!! I have not used it once since starting biomel my tummy feels so much better ❤️I use biomel once a day on my overnight oats and it seems to have worked a miracle I use the vanilla and it is gorgeous but have just ordered the chocolate for a change. ❤️

Utterly delicious. I enjoy it with Greek Yoghurt, nuts and seeds. Only to be eaten cold and not in hot foods/ drinks ,otherwise it’ll destroy the live bacteria. The drinks are probably best if you need a better source of quick hit of delivery .
