    Wouldn't travel without it!

    I struggle with digestion and regularity. I have some daily in Greek yoghurt which really helps. I always get 'holiday belly' from all the extra food and carby goodness, but now I take this with me I suffer much less with bloat etc

    I've taken this for a few months now. As far as I'm aware it's doing good inside, no way of telling really. I haven't seen any significant change, but I have taken a different probiotic for years before I changed to Biomel. I wanted to change from taking a tablet every day.
