Where do you deliver?

We ship to all mainland UK addresses and Northern Ireland. 

We don’t ship to the following offshore locations: Guernsey, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, and Jersey.

How much does delivery cost?

Standard Delivery (UK mainland) - £3.45

Saturday Delivery - £9.45

Please note: Final shipping fees are calculated at checkout and may vary based on weight and location.

How long does delivery take?

We target next working day delivery to mainland UK addressees for orders received Tuesday to Thursday by 1 pm (excluding bank holidays).* Orders received after this time, from Friday to Monday are processed on Monday and Tuesday for next working day delivery.

Please note that Northern Ireland and Scotland deliveries can take up to 2 working days.

Saturday delivery is available only for orders received by 1 pm on Thursday, excluding bank holidays.

All deliveries are handled by shipping couriers so all times given are estimated delivery times. Due to courier delays and promotional periods, there is a small chance your delivery may come later than expected.

Please note our shots and drinks orders are delivered chilled and must be refrigerated on arrival. For daily Biomel consumption, we recommend ordering just before your supply runs out or setting up a subscription.

Receiving Your Delivery

If you are unable to sign for your delivery, the courier will still attempt to deliver your order to a neighbour or leave your parcel in a safe place.
